People are disappearing without a trace, all over town. Alanna MacLachlin and her furry cohorts are determined to help her police chief father unravel the mystery that is littering the streets of Aurum with missing person’s flyers. All the while she is preparing for a grand Halloween party at Treasure Grove.

When Alanna’s anxious cousin, Tanith, and her not so pleasant feline companion, Dumas, arrive, chaos and uncertainty erupts. Tanith influences everyone and everything around her, but cannot control her abilities.

Then someone very close to Alanna disappears. She fears for their life and tries desperately to help find them before the evil that has descended upon their quiet little town takes the meaning of spooked to a whole new level.
